What kind of shirts do you use?
Our pieces are printed on heavyweight, garment-dyed tees selected for their soft, lived-in feel and vintage-inspired look. Because of the garment-dyeing process, slight variations in color and texture are natural and part of what makes each piece unique.
How do your shirts fit?
Our tees have a relaxed, unisex fit. For your usual fit, order your normal size. For a more oversized look, size up. Check our Size Guide for measurements before ordering.
How are Faded Memory Supply pieces made?
Each piece is made to order. Your design is printed after your order is placed rather than being pulled from mass-produced inventory. This helps us create each memory one piece at a time.
How long will my order take?
Because our pieces are made to order, please allow time for production before your order ships. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and order volume.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent colors accurately, but garment-dyed fabrics naturally have subtle variations. Screen settings and lighting can also affect how colors appear.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because production can begin shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations aren't always possible. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do our best to help.
What is your return policy?
Because each piece is made to order, returns and exchanges are limited. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right. See our Shipping & Returns page for complete details.
How should I care for my shirt?
To help preserve your piece, wash it inside out in cold water with like colors and tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly over the printed design.
