Every Faded Memory Supply piece is made to order. Production begins after your order is placed, so please allow processing time before your order ships.
SHIPPING
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method available for your order. Delivery estimates do not include production time.
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order enters production or ships, we may not be able to change the address.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because our pieces are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
