MADE TO ORDER

Every Faded Memory Supply piece is made to order. Please allow time for your item to be produced before it ships.

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION

Most orders are produced within approximately 2–7 business days. During holidays, launches, or periods of high demand, production may take slightly longer.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method available at checkout.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.

TRACKING

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Some orders may be fulfilled from different facilities. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately and you may receive more than one tracking number.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

DELAYS

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and details about the issue so we can help.
